Runyon Sunset

Hello friends~ I’ve heard it’s getting pretty cold across the US but it still feels the same in sunny SoCal. My friend Greg bought a patch off Etsy and hand stitched it onto a jean moto jacket. The patch is from a scene in the show Twin Peaks. He wanted to photograph the outfit, so we hiked up Runyon Canyon to take advantage of the dramatic Los Angeles backdrop.

SHADES of GRAY

The chilly air is settling all around the Northern Hemisphere. It’s becoming winter again. Layers are the best to wear on unpredictable days; I think it’s interesting to layer textures while sticking to a simple color theme. I’m wearing a fluffy faux fur jacket with a metallic crop tee-shirt over a pair of high waisted jeans.

We went out for some shopping. I wore an oversized granny sweater and a leatherette pink skirt. It’s still hot in California during the day. It barely feels like fall, until the sun sets and an evening chill rolls in.
